Weed, clean up, edge-mulch your beds, trim new growth from shrubs and perform the needed maintenance to your perrenials. We use a colorized black mulch. This means a weed, and termite free product that holds its color well into the season. This does not include removal of leaves from the turf. It is a one time visit and does not include ongoing weeding visits.

Fall leaves are beautiful to look at. Excess leaves can restrict sunlight, nutrients and water from reaching your lawn. As a result, your lawn can suffer from disease, insects and overall stress.
Blade Runners will clean the leaves one time. This to be completed in conjunction with the final clean-up in the community in December.
