  All specified turf areas will be mowed, on average, every 6-10 days in the spring 7-14 days in summer and fall, to a height of 2.5-3.5 inches. Edging of sidewalks will be done every other visit. Cutting will be done the same time as the common area in your community. All sidewalks will be blown free of grass at the end of each mowing cycle.

  Prices below are for the entire/remainder of the current calendar season. The rate for mowing you see below decreases as the season progresses (On 6/1 and 9/1); you are only charged for the balance of the season. Therefore, it will be higher in the spring, lower in the summer, and reduced again in September. The service concludes on 10/31.

  Blade Runners will provide Mowing, one time Mulch, clean-up, Weeding, Shrub Trimming and Perennial Maintenance visit. Finally, we will clean the leaves two times in the fall (November and December.)

  1x Clean-up: will weed, clean up, edge-mulch your beds, and remove sticks and leaves from the turf. All resulting debris will be removed from the site. Not all mulches are created equal and we pride ourselves on using the highest grade mulch in the area. We use a colorized black mulch. This means a weed, and termite free product that holds its color well into the season. It is a one time visit and does not include ongoing weeding visits. You should expect weeds to grow through out the season.

Not all mulches are created equal and we pride ourselves on using the highest grade mulch in the area. We use a colorized black mulch. This means a weed, and termite free product that holds its color well into the season. It is a one time visit and does not include ongoing weeding visits.
